Why the name Rhema?   [hray’-mah]

In Greek, the original language of the New Testament, two different Greek words are used to refer to the word of God. One is  logos, and the other is rhema .

Logos

Logos is the written word of God.

Rhema

Rhema is the spoken word of God.

Our God is not silent. He is still speaking to us, even today, and He desires to speak directly to us. The rhema Word of God can help us to know God even more personally.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people; it is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
